Weifang Longda Zinc Industry Co., Ltd. is located in northern Weifang city, the well-known Word Kite Capital. As of today, we are the largest indirect ZnO manufacturer in Asia with fixed assets of over 100 million RMB, plant area of 90,000 square meters and more than 100 staff. With the effort of our excellent experts and professional technicians, we have an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of ZinO.
We now have 20 latest patented indirect process ZnO production lines which are natural gas fueled and equipped with worldwide advanced HTAC burning technology and imported key equipments; PLC is applied during the whole production process. As a result, we have achieved the particle size control during the oxidation reaction, which is a technical breakthrough in the field.
We established a comprehensive morden enterprise management system covering from the raw material procurement and production process control to product test, logistics and customer service. Meanwhile, we have been ISO9001:2008 certified. To ensure stable and reliable products quality, we put into use the advanced lab apparatus such as Atomic Absorption Spectrometer, laser particle sizer and Surface Area Analyzer, by using which we can carry out precise analysis for the raw material and finished products.
Our "Longda Zinc"ZnO is tested to be in compliance with the national standard GB/T3185-92 and other industrial specifications, which can be widely used in rubber, tire, magnetics, electronics, glass, ceramics, chemical, painting, cosmetic, pharmaceuticals, feed and other industrials. Also, we can provide customized products based on our customers' requirements.
Our newly- developed pelletized ZnO can enhance the material flow, reduce dusts, make the volume measurement more precise, facilitate mechanised production and improve working condition.
